Terms and Conditions

SoftCloak lets users draft and send email through a relay address so the recipient does not see the user's personal sender address. Features may include reply forwarding, block controls, message history, safety review cues and account settings.

SoftCloak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use SoftCloak.
• You are responsible for keeping account details accurate and login credentials secure.
• You must not allow anyone else to use your account in a way that breaches these Terms.

You must not use SoftCloak to:

1. send harassment, threats, hate, spam, malware, phishing, illegal content or unwanted bulk messages;
2. impersonate another person or mislead a recipient about material facts;
3. infringe privacy, intellectual property or other rights;
4. evade bans, safety controls, legal obligations or abuse-prevention systems;
5. interfere with SoftCloak or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.

SoftCloak can mask your sender address from recipients, but it does not promise absolute anonymity. Operational records, service providers, recipient actions, legal requirements and misuse investigations may affect confidentiality.

Recipients may block relay addresses, report messages or ask SoftCloak to investigate misuse. SoftCloak may review reports and take action including limiting, suspending or terminating access.

Some SoftCloak features may be free and others may require payment. Pricing, limits and included features will be shown before purchase where paid plans are offered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftCloak is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of data, delivery failures, recipient actions or misuse by users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

SoftCloak may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for recipients or the service, or where required for security, legal or operational reasons.

SoftCloak may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
